Bobby Lamar Davis, Jr. (Good Time), died on Thursday morning, December 5, 2019 at home.
He was born on January 11, 1967 in Louisville, GA to Mr. Bobby Davis, Sr. and Mrs. Mae Lane Davis. They preceded him in death.
Bobby was educated in the Jefferson County School System and he was a 1988 graduate of Louisville High School, Louisville, GA.
Bobby was a member of the Woodlawn Baptist Church. He was a part of the Culinary Committee and the Pastor Support Committee. He was also a supporter of the New Beginning Church of Christ, Milledgeville, Georgia.
He is survived by his wife, Sonya McKennie Davis, Wadley, Georgia; his children - Ashley Terrell, Stapleton, Georgia, Jeremy (Latedra) Cunningham, Wrens, Georgia, January Davis, Vidalia, Georgia and Tabitha Gamble and Courtney Davis, Louisville, Georgia; three grandchildren - Makiya, Malek, and Jeremy, Jr.; five sisters - Patricia (Jonathan) Berry and Carolyn (Willie) Jackson, Wrens, Georgia, Joyce Myers and Karen (Jerry) Lane, Louisville, Georgia and Rose (Lee) Gilmore, Augusta, Georgia; three brothers - Pilcher Davis, Louisville, Georgia, Michael (Latricia) Heath, Avera, GA and Roger (Jill) Lane of Pennsylvania (two brothers preceded him in death, Kenneth Anthony Davis and Robert Lane); three uncles - Tommie ( Glenn) Fleming, Louisville, Georgia and Wesley (Elouise) Lane, Waynesboro, Georgia; an aunt - Barbara Lane, St. Petersburg, Florida and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.
Bobby was a fun, loving guy who loved his family and friends. He loved fishing, cooking, the beach, and all types of sports. He had a heart of gold.
