Mr. Clinton "Bo Pete" Washington's journey to eternity began on November 4, 1953. He was born in Trenton, New Jersey, to the parentage of Ms. Rose Washington.
"Bo Pete" received his education in the Essex County School System in New Jersey. He later moved to Wadley, Georgia. "Bo Pete" had many jobs. He worked for Hudson Mortuary before being employed with Knox Rivers where he was a concrete finisher. Later in life he moved to Waynesboro, Burke County, Georgia.
"Bo Pete" was always the life of the party and was loved by many. He had a giving heart.
His memory will forever live in the hearts of his only son, Alexander Bernard (Phyllis) Wilcher, Wadley, Georgia; two sisters, Cora Swint, Trenton, New Jersey and Taywanda Washington, Thomson, Georgia; one aunt, Mrs. Ella Mae Lowery, Louisville, Georgia; two grandchildren, Destiny Wilcher and Frederick Wilcher, Wadley, Georgia, a host of nieces and nephews, that were reared as his own, and a multitude of cousins and devoted friends to remember his legacy.
