Johnny Lee Williams

Johnny Lee Williams, was born on May 23, 1952 in Wadley, Jefferson County, Georgia, a heavenly blessing to Mr. Rufus Williams, Sr. and Mrs. Mertice “Dina Mae” Little Williams. “Lil Bo”, as Johnny was affectionately called, joined the former Live Oak C.M.E. Church in Wadley at an early age. “Lil Bo” was hired as a farm worker during the early part of his life. He later became a construction worker with Delaney/Waters. On Monday, June 26, 2017, at his residence in Wadley, Johnny Lee Williams was called from labor to his reward. He will always be loved by his three sisters, Classie Mae Williams (Pughsley Bell); Sollie Mae (Rev. Sam) Prosser and Sally Mae (Charles) Walker, all of Wadley, Georgia; three brothers, Rufus Williams, Jr., Bartow, Georgia, Eddie Williams, Wadley, Georgia and Franklin (Dora) Williams, Swainsboro, Georgia; his nieces, Lisa Williams, Melissa Williams, Kimberly Williams and Valerie Williams; his aunts, Mrs. Dorothy Williams and Mrs. Nellie Heath, Wadley, Georgia and a host of other nieces, nephews, cousins, relatives and friends.
